Data-driven only
Nova Score is built entirely from verifiable data — MLS transactions, response time logs, and agent profile completeness. No self-reported stats. No paid placement.
Situation-weighted
Dimensions are weighted differently based on your answers. Selling a luxury home? Luxury credentials score higher. Buying for the first time? First-time buyer experience gets heavier weighting.
Continuously updated
Nova Scores update automatically as new transaction data arrives. An agent who had a bad quarter will see their score reflect that. A rising star gets recognized quickly.
What Nova Score ranges mean
Top 5% of agents in your area. Exceptional across all relevant dimensions. Rare — BAM may not have an elite match in every neighborhood.
Top 15% performers. Strong local track record, fast response time, and high dimension alignment with your situation.
Above-average agents with solid local performance. Your match at this tier will still significantly outperform a random selection.
BAM does not surface agents below 60. If we cannot find a strong match in your area, we will tell you — and work to onboard better local agents.
