1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using bestagentsmatch.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms apply to all users of Best Agents Match, including buyers, sellers, and visitors.
2. Description of Services
Best Agents Match provides an AI-powered matching service that connects California home buyers and sellers with licensed real estate agents. We are not a real estate brokerage acting as your agent — we are a referral platform. Your relationship is with the matched agent, not with BAM.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a California resident or a person seeking to buy or sell California real estate to use our services. By using BAM, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. No Agency Relationship
Best Agents Match does not represent you as your real estate agent. We facilitate introductions between consumers and licensed California real estate agents. Once introduced, your agent represents you, not BAM. BAM earns a referral fee from the agent at closing.
5. User Information
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in your match profile. Providing false information may result in a poor match and is a violation of these terms. Your contact information will be shared with your one matched agent.
6. SMS and Communications
By providing your phone number and consenting, you agree to receive SMS messages from BAM and your matched agent. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Standard message and data rates may apply.
7. No Guarantee of Outcomes
BAM makes no guarantee regarding the outcome of any real estate transaction, the performance of any matched agent, or any specific result from using our services. Real estate transactions involve substantial risk and independent due diligence is required.
8. Intellectual Property
The Best Agents Match name, logo, Haven AI, Nova Score, and all platform content are proprietary to Best Agents Match. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by California law, Best Agents Match shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or any real estate transaction facilitated through our platform.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
