Best Agents Match ("BAM," "we," "us") operates bestagentsmatch.com, an AI-powered real estate agent matching platform licensed under California DRE. Our email is hello@bestagentsmatch.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect: (a) information you provide directly — name, phone number, email address, property address, and match profile responses; (b) usage data — pages visited, device type, browser, IP address; (c) communications — messages sent through Haven AI or our contact form.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: generate your Haven AI agent match; introduce you to your matched agent; send SMS confirmation with your consent (TCPA); improve Haven AI's matching accuracy using anonymized aggregate data; comply with California DRE disclosure requirements.
4. Information Sharing
We share your contact information with exactly one matched agent — and only after your match is generated. We do not sell your data to advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. We may share data with service providers (Supabase, Twilio, Resend, Vercel) under data processing agreements.
5. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to: know what personal information is collected; request deletion of personal information; opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information); non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights. To exercise rights, email hello@bestagentsmatch.com.
6. SMS & TCPA
By completing a match profile and consenting, you agree to receive SMS from Best Agents Match. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We use double opt-in for all SMS communications.
7. Data Retention
We retain match profile data for 24 months to improve Haven AI and comply with California real estate record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Security
We use Supabase with Row Level Security (RLS), encrypted connections (TLS), and access controls to protect your data. No security system is perfect — we will notify you of any breach as required by California law.
9. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel for marketing analytics. These services may set cookies. You can opt out via browser settings or Google's opt-out tools. We do not use cookies to track you across third-party sites for advertising.
10. Changes to This Policy
We will update this policy as our practices change and notify you by updating the date above. Material changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
