We believe you deserve to know exactly how BAM makes money, how Haven AI works, and what we will — and will not — do with your data. No fine print.

How BAM makes money
BAM earns a standard real estate referral fee from the agent when a transaction closes in escrow. This is paid by the agent from their existing commission — you do not pay extra, and the agent does not charge more because they came through BAM.
Referral fees are standard practice in the real estate industry and are fully disclosed in California. Every agent in our network agrees to our referral terms before joining.
If your deal does not close, BAM earns nothing. Our interests are 100% aligned with yours.
How agents join the BAM network
Application and vetting
Agents apply to join BAM and are screened for active DRE license, local transaction history, and professional standing.
Data verification
Haven AI pulls MLS transaction data to verify agents' local performance claims before approving them into the network.
Ongoing performance monitoring
Every agent's match score is updated continuously based on transaction data, response time tracking, and client signals. Agents who underperform are removed.
No paid placement
Agents cannot pay to rank higher in match results. Haven AI's scoring is purely data-driven. No auction. No pay-to-play.
How Haven AI makes decisions
Haven AI is a multi-dimensional scoring system — not a language model. It does not guess. It scores every verified agent against 20 measurable data dimensions and matches your profile to the agent with the highest composite score for your specific situation.
What Haven AI does not do: It does not favor agents based on how long they have been in our network, how much they have paid, or any commercial factor. Score is purely performance-based.
What it cannot do: Haven AI does not have access to off-market data, private MLS fields, or any data not included in public transaction records and our agent onboarding forms.
